Schwab gets probation

A Dickinson man charged with selling drugs was sentenced to three years supervised probation at Stark County District Court on Monday.

Justin Schwab, 22, delivered 10 pills containing a mixture of methamphetamine and MDMA, more commonly known by it’s street name ecstasy, to a confidential informant, according to court records. He sold the pills for $500, which he must pay back in restitution. Schwab must also pay $1,025 in court fees.

If Schwab follows the agreements set by the court, he will not serve jail time. However, if he does not comply, he could face a minimum of three years in jail.
