Three teenagers have been accused of breaking into a Dickinson business and taking alcohol Sunday, according to the Dickinson Police Department.
Jerome Distributing reported the burglary Tuesday, according to a police report.
Detective Amanda McNamee said Matthew Kostelecky, 18, and Tyler Dukart, 18, were arrested Tuesday. A 15-year-old was also referred to juvenile court.
McNamee said it was forced entry but would not say how they got in.
“Between 12 and 13 cases of alcohol were taken,” McNamee said adding most of the alcohol was beer.
The teens told authorities the burglary occurred early Sunday morning, she said.
“Most of the alcohol has been recovered,” McNamee added.
They did not vandalize the business.
Dukart was sent to the Youth Correctional Center in Mandan. Kostelecky was taken to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center in Dickinson.
Officials at Jerome Distributing declined comment.
