A series of public meetings over the proposed Theodore Roosevelt Expressway, a four-lane highway to begin in South Dakota and run to the Canadian border, are coming up at four locations:
Wednesday
- Bowman City Hall
First Street Northeast
Open house: noon-2 p.m.
Presentation: 12:15 p.m.
- Memorial/Belfield City Hall

Open house: 5-7 p.m.

Thursday

The proposed highway would begin in Rapid City, S.D., follow U.S. Highway 85 from Belle Fourche, S.D. to Williston and continue along U.S. Highway 2 and Montana Highway 16 to the Montana/Canadian border.
