North Dakota Highway Patrol Capt. Tony Huck explains where a vehicle was shot during a high speed chase involving four alleged fugitives from Alabama late Friday evening. “I have been with the State Patrol 26 years and I’ve never encountered anything like this,” Huck said. “The trooper handled everything very well and remained calm. I would hope that I would handle the situation the same way.” The trooper was not injured in the shooting.
