Two men were injured Monday when their vehicles collided 27 miles north of Killdeer on Highway 22, according to a press release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Kyle Ott, 27, of Dickinson was reportedly traveling south on Highway 22 when a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Jared Heaton of Williston struck his vehicle. Heaton had been traveling east on BIA road 30 and failed to yield at the intersection, according to the press release.
Both men were taken by ambulance to McKenzie County Hospital where they were treated for their injuries and released.
Both men were wearing their seatbelts.
The NDHP, McKenzie County Sheriff’s Office and McKenzie First Responders responded to the incident.
