Man, 75, dies in northern North Dakota crash

RUGBY (AP) — A 75-year-old Rugby man has died in an accident on U.S. Highway 2 in northern North Dakota.

The Highway Patrol says the man, who was driving a 1990 Oldsmobile, was westbound about two miles east of Rugby when he rear-ended a semi that was making a left turn about 6:45 p.m. Friday.

A 71-year-old female passenger was taken to a Minot hospital for treatment of her injuries.

The Patrol has not identified the man who died.
