Stroh leading average in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, Texas — Dickinson saddle bronc rider Shaun Stroh started the 2010 season with a bang.
Stroh is leading the average at the Fort Worth Stock Show Rodeo after winning his first two performances.
Stroh had an 84 on Tipped Off to win Tuesday night’s performance and had an 85 on Little Kitty to win Wednesday night.
His 169 average score is seven points ahead of defending world champion Jesse Kruse’s 162 with nine performances remaining before the finals on Sunday, Feb. 7.
This is Stroh's the first rodeo of the season.
Dusty Hausauer of Dickinson scored an 80 on Tuesday and finished tied for fifth in the first round.
Clay Schaeffer of Medora took a 73 to tie for second on Thursday night and had a 77 to tie for second in Friday's performance.
