15 schools attend Instrumental Festival

Paul Peltier, music teacher for Mott/Regent School, instructs members of the Mott/Regent band during the Region 10 Instrumental Festival held Tuesday at Dickinson State University. An organizer said about 15 schools in the area participated in the event, which included solos, groups and full band performances. A vocal competition involving the same 15 schools is slated for next month.
