Repair crews await orders after massive outages

Chad Laurich, Lucas Pawlosky and Matt Kober, all of Michigan and employees with Great Lakes Line Builders, Inc., based out of Wisconsin, talk while their trucks are parked in a parking lot off West Villard Street, Tuesday. About a dozen trucks were parked in the parking lot at around 1 p.m., Tuesday. Members of the company said they were awaiting instructions as to where to go to start rebuilding power lines. Members of the company said they were in the area earlier this year when there were mass power outages and downed lines.
