FINLEY (AP) — The city of Finley is getting some financial help from the federal government to improve its sewer system.
Finley has been awarded a $155,000 grant and secured a federally-backed loan for $190,000 through the U.S. Department of Agriculture. That's on top of $1.3 million in USDA grants and loans the city got last year for the project.
