Kim and Gail Rohr, Dickinson, along with Robert and Brenda Kuylen, South Heart, announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Kelsey Lynne Rohr and Justin Robert Kuylen.
Rohr is a 2005 graduate of Dickinson High School and a 2008 graduate of Dickinson State University with an associate degree in practical nursing. She will graduate in May with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed as a licensed practical nurse at St. Luke’s Nursing Home, Dickinson.
Kuylen is a 2006 graduate of South Heart High School and a 2008 graduate of Bismarck State College with an associate degree in power plant technology. He is working on a bachelor’s degree in energy management. He is employed by GTL Energy in South Heart.
The couple will exchange vows on May 22 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in South Heart.
