Andrene Hermanson, with Affordable Tree Service, pulls branches cut from an Ash tree in Evelyn Kovash’s yard on Fairway Street, Tuesday. Kovash said two Ash trees located in her front yard have been there for 45 years, planted shortly after she and her husband moved into the home. Kovash said she wanted them cut down because they are close to her home and she worries about the trees falling on the roof.
