Carter Fong, 26, has been selected as the Trinity High School principal effective July 1, according to a Dickinson Catholic Schools press release.
Fong, a Dickinson native, is a 2002 graduate of Dickinson High School and 2006 graduate of North Dakota State University with majors in history education and social science education.
According to the release, Fong completed his student teaching at Trinity and worked as a substitute at Trinity and DHS and is finishing his third year of teaching social studies and religion at Trinity.
He received basic certification as a catechist in the Diocese of Bismarck in 2008 and is enrolled at the University of Mary to complete his master’s degree in high school administration.
