Local agencies prepare for airport emergency

Emergency responders hall away a “victim” of a simulated plane crash at Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport, Wednesday evening.

The last time an exercise like this was conducted was in 2001, said Matthew Remynse, airport manager.
