Horse causes commotion during Medora parade
One person had a panic attack and a car was damaged after a horse was spooked during today's All Horse Flag Day Parade in Medora.
One person had a panic attack and a car was damaged after a horse was spooked during today's All Horse Flag Day Parade in Medora.
The horse was pulling a float along the parade route and when it got to the announcer's stand the horse spooked and galloped through Medora with the parade float attached, according to witnesses.
