The way our politicians are voting “does not” protect the people in North Dakota.
In response to Mr. Terrence Kardong of the Dakota Resource Council Board, I firmly believe Mr. Kardong is 100 percent wrong.
The Environmental Protection Agency was set up by Mr. Obama (because Americans didn’t want “cap
tax”) as a rule to live with. So our president gave the EPA the authority to do his dirty work, per se, set limits on carbon pollutants.
Carbon dioxide is one of these byproduct pollutants. Every time an individual breathes, they exhale carbon dioxide.
Our president and present politicians want to control “all” energy resources is the way I, as a conservative independent, see this happening. They already control banks, insurance, health insurance, auto companies. Now they want oil companies under their control.
BP gave the Obama campaign $900,000 to his presidential campaign. This is a very radical progressive move and eventually all of America for natural gas and propane to heat your homes, electricity to live with for your lights, etc.
Again, I feel Mr. Dorgan and Mr. Conrad are liberal, progressive politicians who vote with Mr. Obama and should know better.
Our politicians are highly educated and should know that without carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, “all plants will die!” It’s the process called photosynthesis. Plants turn carbon dioxide into oxygen. No one can live in this world without either of these items — pretty tough to breath without oxygen.
This global warming issue has been proven to be an issue that has a lot of untruths in it.
So in conclusion, we as citizens of the great state of North Dakota need to prevent our liberal progressive politicians from voting for carbon dioxide control and other types of cap and taxes.
