Roughriders swept in twinbill by Rapid City (S.D.) Post 320

RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Dickinson Roughriders American Legion baseball team fell 13-3 and 7-4 to Rapid City (S.D.) Post 320 in a doubleheader Friday Fitzgerald Stadium.

Dickinson (10-19) tied the game at 3 in the top of the fourth inning before Post 320 scored seven runs in the bottom of the inning.

The game ended in the bottom of the fifth via the 10-run rule when Rapid City scored three runs.

In the second game, Post 320 scored two runs apiece in the third and fourth to break a 3-all tie.

Dickinson next games are on the road at the Bismarck Governors on Tuesday and Wednesday.
