We here at Hettinger Public School wish to thank you sincerely for the Newspapers In Educations program in which we get newspapers for our school free of charge because of donations from subscribers and area businesses.
Every day, I divide up the copies that we get. There are upper elementary classes that each get one paper — one instructor says that it is used every day. Some go to a study hall. Others “disappear” in the staff work room every day.
We give an extra to the library. And, the remainder are available to my students for that little extra “reading and researching” time that so many need to fill.
We really appreciate them and just wanted you to know.
