Stroh finishes regular season ranked 8th

A big year for Shaun Stroh will continue in December at the National Finals Rodeo.

The Dickinson saddle bronc rider finished eighth in the 2010 regular-season standings with $80,913. He had climbed as high as third coming into the month.

Bradley Harter of Weatherford, Texas, leads the bronc riding standings with $106,808 going into the NFR. Nevertheless, Stroh is well within reach of claiming his first world championship with a strong showing in Las Vegas.

The NFR begins Dec. 2 at the Thomas and Mack Center and concludes Dec. 11.
