2 men shot in separate hunting accidents
Two men were injured this morning on the Hettinger/Stark County line when they were struck with pellets while pheasant hunting, according to the North Dakota Game and Fish Department.
Two men were injured this morning on the Hettinger/Stark County line when they were struck with pellets while pheasant hunting, according to the North Dakota Game and Fish Department.
Both incidents occurred at about 10 a.m. about 15 miles apart and involved different hunting parties, said Dan Hoenke, regional warden supervisor.
Both incidents appear to be accidental and the men were reportedly transported to a hospital by ambulance.
North Dakota pheasant season opened this morning.
