The recent news story concerning your local post office has received national attention.
One would think that in these uncertain and difficult economic times that surely there is one individual in your postal district that would be willing to service 74 post office boxes for the salary of $14 per hour (salary according to APP.com).
If there is genuinely no one within the Postal Service willing to accept the task, then the townspeople simply should impress upon postal officials to offer the position by way of a bid contract to a member of the community willing to serve.
