Fargo Civic hosting Pride of Dakota Showcase

GRAND FORKS (AP) — The Fargo Civic Auditorium is hosting a Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase this weekend.

The event began Friday night and runs through Sunday.

The state Agriculture Department's Pride of Dakota program helps hundreds of businesses promote products made in North Dakota. The holiday showcases give shoppers a chance to browse numerous products in one location.

Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says there will be more than 160 booths at the auditorium — the most ever in Fargo.

Grand Forks and Minot hosted the events earlier this fall. Early next month, the Bismarck Civic Center will host one.
