A burglary and a break-in reported Monday likely occurred over the weekend, authorities said Tuesday.
An oilfield business located on 37th Avenue Southwest was burglarized, though entry into the building doesn’t appear to be forced, Stark County Sheriff’s Capt. Fern Moser said.
It likely occurred between Friday and Sunday, Moser said.
Three or four items were stolen but Moser wouldn’t say what.
An apartment in Dickinson was also broken into, but nothing was taken, said Dickinson Police Capt. Dustin Dassinger.
“It looks like somebody had forced the apartment door open,” Dassinger said.
The tenant reported the broken door several hours after discovering it, Dassinger said.
“He was gone for three days and he came home at four o’clock in the morning and discovered it,” Dassinger said.
No arrests were made in either case Tuesday morning and authorities are investigating.
