There’s no place like home for the Dickinson State women’s basketball team.

Behind senior guard Kelsey Boedeker’s career performance, the Blue Hawks stayed flawless at home this season and improved their win streak to six games as they claimed a 53-45 Dakota Athletic Conference victory over 16th-ranked Minot State on Wednesday night at Scott Gymnasium.

Boedeker tied a career high with 31 points, going 5 of 6 from 3-point range and hitting all six of her free throws.

“You talk about a big senior stepping up in a big moment,” DSU head coach Andre Goldberg said. “She’s a senior that’s worked so hard and she deserved it.”
