The Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport set an all time record for 2010 as Great Lakes had 10,351 boardings, or 16 percent more than 2009, according to a Friday press release from the airport.

In December, Great Lakes Airline boarded 1,083 passengers, an increase of about 28 percent over December 2009.
