Brittney Ridl and James Mills announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Brittney is the daughter of Tim and Glenora Ridl of Dickinson. She graduated from Dickinson High School in 2007 and Dickinson State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a minor in leadership studies.
She is working toward her Ph.D. in chemistry at the University of Kansas.
James is the son of Mike and Paula Mills of Kansas City, Kan.
He graduated from Sumner Academy of Arts and Sciences in Kansas City in 2001 and the University of Missouri Kansas City in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
He is also working toward his Ph.D. in chemistry at the University of Kansas.
A June 11 wedding is planned at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Dickinson. Reception and dance to follow.
