Letter: Area students show support for Catholic school
Food, fun and great teachers
I’m going to tell you about our school, Trinity Elementary West.
First of all, our lunches are delicious. We eat beefy cheesy nachos, spaghetti and lots more.
We also have great teachers! They rarely ever get mad. Every week on Thursday all the classes get together and go to mass. Sometimes in mass we get to sing in the choir. It’s really fun. The homilies are entertaining, and we receive the Eucharist.
There’s also band, it’s really fun too. Our teachers’ names are Mrs. Sickler and Mr. Dasovick.
Every year we have a Christmas and a spring concert. We sound beautiful.
On Monday and Wednesday we go to phy-ed. There, we get to run off all of our energy. Some of the things we do are parachute and scooters. It’s so much fun.
Trinity Elementary West rocks!

Trinity Elementary West the best
We get delicious food like kneopfla soup and candy.
We get to do parachute and climbing wall in gym. We get to go to mass and celebrate feast days. We learn about our faith and Jesus in religion. We say prayers everyday.
We have small classroom sizes so we get to know our teacher and classmates. We have a very fun teacher because we get to play lots of games. Some games that are super fun are sparkle and baseball.
We have very interesting subjects. Two of my favorites are math and art. You get to meet lots of nice friends. We get to use an Elmo. Elmo is a projector/camera that helps us because we look at the screen which is projected from the camera and we learn a lot from it. It gives you a great education so you can get a good job. I could have a business as a dog boarder. That’s why I think Trinity Elementary West is awesome.

Here is why school is so great
Trinity Elementary West is very fun and here is why: In our classroom, we have a skeleton named Skely (don’t worry, he’s fake). We also have a small library in our room. The teacher reads us awesome books. Our school teaches us how to make awesome art. When we study, we play baseball, which is the teacher asks us a question and if we get it right we roll a dice and it tells us what base we go to.
We learn a lot at TEW. Every class in the school has an Elmo (fancy overhead projector). When we’re good we get candy. Our school has a great music program. If we win a contest in our band class, the band members win amazing brownies!
We (the whole school) get amazing lunch. On the third to fifth-grade side of the playground, we have a kickball/baseball field. That’s why TEW is the best!
