Eight people have been charged in Stark County for alleged drug activity. Their names were released Wednesday.

Michael Ray Gress, Chaz Stoneman Myers, Jennifer L. Rickabaugh, Doyle W. Roper, Mary Beth Freed, Jeanifer E. Meyer-Dutton, Nicole Hunke and David Michael Baxter have been charged, Henning said.

All who are charged had the same person witness their alleged crimes but their cases are not necessarily related, he added.

Law enforcement began the operation in September with a confidential informant, Henning said. Some of the charges date back to early September, but were only recently filed.

“That’s just one of those where if you use a confidential informant, sometimes you just wrap them up and when you wrap them up, then you bring charges on them,” Henning said.

Freed, 52, is charged for allegedly delivering 3.26 grams of meth during two occasions for a total of $975, according to her criminal complaint.

Her place of residence is not listed in court records.

The offenses are Class A felonies and Freed’s bond was set at $100,000 cash.

Myers, a 23-year-old Dickinson resident who goes by three aliases, faces three charges.

His bond was set at $1,500, according to court records.

Nicole Hunke, 25, of Dickinson is charged with delivery of an imitation controlled substance, which is a Class C felony, according to court records.

She is accused of delivering 22.58 grams of what she represented to be meth for $1,300, according to her criminal complaint.

Her bond was set at $3,000 cash.

Jeanifer Meyer-Dutton, 29, of Dickinson, faces two counts of delivering meth, a Class A felony.

She allegedly delivered a total of 3.54 grams of meth on two separate occasions for a total of $1,150.

It does not appear that bond has been set for Meyer-Dutton, according to court records.

Baxter, 20, faces two counts of delivering marijuana, a Class B felony.

He allegedly delivered a total of about 2.8 ounces on two separate occasions for a total of $1,650.

It does not appear that bond has been set for Baxter and a place of residence was not available in records.

Southwest Narcotics Task Force Special Agent Pat Helfrich declined comment Wednesday.

Phone numbers were either unlisted or the accused were unavailable Wednesday.

He is accused of delivering an unknown amount of marijuana twice, which is a Class B felony. He is also accused of conspiring to deliver meth, a Class A felony, according to court records.

His bond was set at $5,000 cash.

Dickinson residents Rickabaugh, 38, and Roper, 57, are accused of delivering 60 pills of Hydrocodone, a prescription drug, for $300, according to court records.

The offenses are Class A felonies.

Rickabaugh’s bond was set at $1,000, while Roper was released on personal recognizance, according to court records.

Gress, 42, of Dickinson is accused of delivering .19 gram of meth for $100, which is a Class A felony.
