Demons senior forward DeWayne Liggins added 14 points and eight rebounds as they pulled away in the second half.
Justin Ledger had 18 points to lead Century (19-3).
Bismarck (17-5) has won seven of the last nine West Region Tournament titles and has won 15 since the region was formed in 1981.

Mandan junior Devin Coyle broke the West Region Tournament single-game scoring record as he poured in 38 points to lead the Braves (15-7) past Jamestown in a state-qualifying game.
Coyle’s effort was two points better than former Dickinson High standout Tate Kick’s 36-point game in 2006. Coyle also moved into second on the tournament scoring chart, compiling 80 points over five games.
He sent the game into overtime with a late jumper at the end of regulation.
Erron Collins added 13 points and was 3 of 3 from 3-point range.
Danny Fischer had 25 points, six rebounds and three assists to lead Jamestown (10-12), which has not reached the state tournament since it joined the West Region in 2007.
