Letter: Ministers thank Dickinson commissioners for taking action on adult businesses

Mayor Dennis Johnson was quoted in the March 9 Dickinson Press as saying, “We can set up reasonable regulations to discourage such places (adult entertainment centers) from wanting to locate in Dickinson.”

These area ministers would like to express their appreciation to the Dickinson City Commission for taking a pro-active approach to discourage adult entertainment centers and establishments from opening shop in Dickinson.

We encourage the Commission to continue taking steps necessary to improve our community as a family-friendly place to live and raise a family.
