Red Cross opening shelters for stranded travelers
The American Red Cross is opening shelters at Dickinson State University Student Center and at the Watford City Civic Center today for stranded travelers in response to a major storm that blew into the area.

Those in need of shelter in the Dickinson area can report to DSU at 291 Campus Drive.
