Lions All-Star rosters announced

The Beach duo of Brittney Dietz and Abby Weinreis will get to play alongside Dickinson Trinity’s Mackenzie Glasser in July during the Lions All-Star basketball games.

The local trio are members of the Class B girls team which will play the Class A all-stars twice.

The games are on July 19 at the Bismarck Civic Center and July 20 at the Fargo Civic Auditorium.

Forward Nate Moody will represent Dickinson High on the Class A boys team.

Dickinson guard Joe Hanstad, the Class A senior athlete of the year, will not participate in the game. The Boise State recruit has to be at the Idaho university by July 9 to begin school and team workouts.

Dickinson Trinity senior Alex Klug is an alternate on the Class B boys team. Beach’s Jill Rising is an alternate on the Class B girls team.
