BISMARCK (AP) — The North Dakota National Guard is honoring soldiers who have been killed in the war on terror.

A "Sacrifice for Freedom" ceremony is being held Thursday in the state Capitol's Memorial Hall. Gov. Jack Dalrymple and state Guard commander David Sprynczynatyk are taking part.
