The Stark County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday a high-risk sexual offender has moved to the area.
Carl Vincent Avery, 46, who was convicted of crimes related to the sexual assault of children, resides at 4095 111B Ave. S.W. in Dickinson, according to a SCSO press release. Avery is not wanted by law enforcement and has served the sentence imposed by the court, according the release.
“This information is not to be used to threaten, harass, assault or intimidate the registered offenders,” according to the release.
