Andrew Wetzel, Grassy Butte, was promoted to the rank of captain in the North Dakota Army National Guard’s Fargo-based 141st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade.
Wetzel is part of the staff in the intelligence and security section.
The ceremony was conducted by 141st Cmdr. Col. Lannie Runck, May 20, at the Fargo Armed Forces Reserve Center.
