Dickinson swimmer Ringwall to compete at Central Zones
Dickinson Dolphins swimmer Ketti Ringwall will compete in the 50-meter freestyle race on Sunday during the USA Central Zone Senior Championships on Sunday in Franklin, Ind.
Dickinson Dolphins swimmer Ketti Ringwall will compete in the 50-meter freestyle race on Sunday during the USA Central Zone Senior Championships on Sunday in Franklin, Ind.
Ringwall, who start her sophomore year at Dickinson Trinity High School later this month, qualified for the meet with a second-place time of 29.19 seconds in the 50 freestyle during the North Dakota state long course competition last weekend.
Ringwall also placed third in the 100 freestyle and 400 freestyle, fourth in the 50 backstroke and 50 freestyle and sixth in the 200 freestyle during the state meet.
Ringwall competes for the Williston girls swim team in the fall. Williston has a co-op agreement with the Dickinson high schools.
The Central Zone championships feature swimmers from North and South Dakota, Arkansas, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota Ohio, Oklahoma and Wisconsin
