Bismarck archery season canceled due to flooding
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck will not have a deer and turkey archery season this year because of Missouri River flooding.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck will not have a deer and turkey archery season this year because of Missouri River flooding.
The bow hunt is aimed at reducing the population of the nuisance animals within city limits.
The hunt was to have run from early September though late January, but the state Game and Fish Department says water is still covering a large part of the hunting zone.
