“We do not suspect this is an accidental death. Charges and warrants are being sought for a charge of murder,” Belfield Police Department Chief Joseph Schmidt read from a prepared statement at the conference.
There is police tape at the victim, Nicole Radebaugh’s, door. The 39-year-old’s mother, Ruth Radebaugh, told The Press this evening that Nicole’s daughter, Logan Huber, is safe.
Police would not release any other details or answer questions at the press conference.
