JAMESTOWN — The Jamestown High School football coach Bill Cahill said Monday he is stepping down after 14 seasons with the team.
JAMESTOWN — The Jamestown High School football coach Bill Cahill said Monday he is stepping down after 14 seasons with the team.
Cahill compiled a career record of 215-147, which includes 23 years and three state championships in Harvey.
“I’ve been thinking about it for a while,” Cahill said. “Thirty-seven years is a long time.”
Cahill posted a record of 52-84 with the Blue Jays, most recently a 0-9 season that ended on Oct. 19 with a loss to Minot High.
