Dickinson U.S. Postal worker Dee Ann Nelson delivers the mail Wednesday to residents despite a winter weather advisory, which is in effect until 6 a.m. today, according to the National Weather Service in Bismarck. The NWS had forecast accumulations of up to an inch in Dickinson.
