Celebrating Sankta Lucia Day in Minnesota

Jeanette Armstrong was selected as the 2011 Sankta Lucia at the 36th annual Sankta Lucia Fest early Tuesday morning hosted by the American Swedish Institute-Bemidji (Minn.) Affiliate.

Jeanette Armstrong was selected as the 2011 Sankta Lucia at the 36th annual Sankta Lucia Fest early Tuesday morning hosted by the American Swedish Institute-Bemidji (Minn.) Affiliate. Sankta Lucia Day is a Dec. 13 holiday celebrated in Scandinavia, primarily by Lutherans.
