Unseasonable installation

Nineteen-year-old Trevor Seiler, left, and Kenneth Huffstutler, 13, take advantage of an unseasonably warm day that saw a high temperature of 54 degrees to put up a chain-link fence Wednesday on Foster Drive in Dickinson. Temperatures are expected to climb yet again today, although forecasts are also calling for a wintry mix of sleet, rain and snow as well.
