Ready to soar
Bismarck’s Dakota Zoo director, Terry Lincoln, and Valerie Naylor, Theodore Roosevelt National Park superintendent, get ready to release a 3-year-old bald eagle Thursday at Peaceful Valley in the South Unit. The bird was rehabilitated at the zoo over the course of three months and is the fifth eagle released in the park this year.
