BISMARCK (AP) — A second autopsy has been conducted on the body of a Montana man who died in the western North Dakota oil fields.

Family attorney Paul Jossart said the second, private autopsy was done on behalf of the mother, fiancée and infant child of Dustin Bergsing.

The 21-year-old Bergsing of Edgar, Mont., was found dead on Jan. 7 at a remote oil well in Dunn County. North Dakota's medical examiner conducted an autopsy but did not immediately determine a cause of death.

Bergsing was living in a mobile home at the well site while he worked for a contractor. Authorities have said there was no apparent incident at the site that can be linked to his death.
