Froze nose

Icicles sit on the nose of a horse at the Dickson State University outdoor arena Wednesday. Temperatures lingered around 15 below zero for much of the afternoon and evening. Winds of 15 to 30 mph made it feel like about 40 below. A National Weather Service extreme cold warning for western and central North Dakota is set to expire at noon CST today.
