Trinity moves to No. 6 in Class B boys poll
The Dickinson Trinity boys basketball team bumped up one spot in the Class B state poll while Hazen dropped completely out after suffering three consecutive losses last week.
The Dickinson Trinity boys basketball team bumped up one spot in the Class B state poll while Hazen dropped completely out after suffering three consecutive losses last week.
The Titans (15-1) moved to No. 6 in the poll. Unbeaten North Star (13-0) remained atop the poll for the fifth consecutive week.
Trinity is idle this week and returns to action Jan. 31 with a District 14 game at Richardton-Taylor.
Beulah (12-3) climbed two sports to No. 8. Hazen received votes.
Central Cass (11-0) remained No. 1 in the Class B girls poll while Beach (10-2) fell three spots to No. 10 following a loss to No. 2-ranked Carrington (10-1).
Grant County (11-1) jumped one spot to No. 8.
The polls are voted on by members of the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.
