Dickinson.
Landon Leiss started the company in October after gaining about five years of moving experience. His brother-in-law, Sheldon Gordon, helps him move.
“Most moving companies, of course, are going to focus on being efficient and doing a good job,” Leiss said. “We focus on that but we also focus on customer service, which I think a lot of companies leave out. Our main goal is to make the customer happy.”
Karen Heidt, who used 2 Brothers Moving to get furniture to Fessenden from Dickinson, agreed the company’s customer service stands out.
“He did an awesome job,” she said of Leiss. “He was very professional.”
Heidt said she has been recommending them to friends.
“I’ve referred him to several people,” she said. “I carry his business cards because I was just so happy with the
experience.”
Leiss said he has never broken or damaged items he has moved.
“All the furniture is taken care of very well and wrapped and padded and packed correctly so it does not get broken,” he said. “A lot of people don’t know how to move their furniture safely.”
Customers don’t have to worry about injuring themselves by lifting heavy objects, since Leiss will do it for them.
“Having movers do it for you is definitely going to take a lot of stress off your shoulders, because it’s a very stressful thing,” he said. “Most people don’t enjoy moving and they don’t like to move.”
There are few limits on what the company can move, Leiss said. They also don’t limit their services to residences.
He will also pack customers items for them.
“We’ll go into your house and pack all of your things for you and move them for you,” Leiss said.
Whether moving across town or across the country, 2 Brothers Moving can help, he said.
“We’ll move somebody anywhere they want to go,” Leiss said. “We’ll move anywhere around the U.S.”
