Valley City man dies in crash near city

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) — An 18-year-old Valley City man is dead after a crash just south of the city.

KOVC radio reports that the Highway Patrol did not immediately identify the victim of the pickup truck crash that happened about midnight Thursday.
