Letter: Eviction not best solution

I am very disgusted by Heartland Homes and Rentals.

I purchased my trailer and land two years ago. They weren’t very kind when it came to fixing things, and they wouldn’t get back to me when they were supposed to.

I feel sorry for the people who rent from them. And I feel awful for the people in campers.

I dislike the oil, but Heartland has no right to do what they are. With their remark, “our hands are tied,” that is a bunch of bologna.

They could have offered the current land tenants to purchase the trailer and rent the land.

All they care about is the money in their pockets. Val Fugett should be ashamed.

If she knew this “permit” was to expire she should have renewed it so they have a place to stay. I am glad I only have to pay them for water since I purchased.

As my last words for Fugett, how would you feel to be kicked out?
