High risk sex offender moves to Dickinson
Clint Elliot Latray, a high-risk sex offender, is residing on West Villard in Dickinson, according to the Dickinson Police Department.

The 47-year-old was convicted in 1994 in Montana for sexual intercourse without consent with a 14-year-old girl, according to DPD.
Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten sex offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution, according to North Dakota law.
